Rich has been the Treasurer of the Lamprey Arts and Culture Alliance since June of 2022 and also performs our bookkeeping function. Professionally, he is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC), and IRS Enrolled Agent. He is an independent financial advisor and the founder of FairTaxPlanning, LLC, a local tax planning and preparation business. In addition to the Millspace, Rich is the Treasurer of the Jewish Federation of New Hampshire and a Trustee of their Foundation.
